We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with photos at info.teamtimeless@gmail.com .
