REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Timeless, we do our best to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations.
Wrong, defective or damaged items
If you received the wrong product, the wrong size due to an error on our part, or an item that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days at info.teamtimeless@gmail.com.
In these cases, Timeless will cover the return shipping costs and, depending on the situation, provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Changed your mind?
You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or simply no longer want the item, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to Timeless.
The item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original condition
- With all original tags still attached
- Returned in its original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. Additional delivery costs chosen by the customer, such as express shipping, are non-refundable.
Why are return shipping costs paid by the customer?
At Timeless, we aim to offer premium-quality clothing at accessible prices, while also providing free worldwide shipping on our orders.
Because we keep our prices competitive and absorb the cost of shipping for our customers, we operate with limited margins. For this reason, when a customer chooses to return an item for a reason that is not caused by an error, defect or damage on our part, we cannot also cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
This allows us to continue offering premium-quality products at competitive prices together with free worldwide shipping.
How to return an item
- Email info.teamtimeless@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll review your request and provide the return instructions.
- If the return is approved because of a change of mind or another reason not caused by Timeless, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of approval.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed in accordance with our policy and applicable consumer law.
Important: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without the original tags may be subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by applicable law.
